"BOTAS’ın bu hafta yeni fiyatlama mekanizmasını açıklaması bekleniyor"

(+) Reportedly, BOTAS to announce its new pricing policy in this week According to local news, BOTAS is set to announce its new pricing mechanism which will include three different formulas in this week. It is also stated that it is expected to be cut in the tariffs for household and private sector consumptions. Also, new mechanism will offer the tariffs for the following 3 to 6 months for natural gas based power plants to clear the feasibility of the utilities. Following the decline in the oil prices and USD/TRY parity, potential cut in the tariffs becomes highly likely. Any pre- announcement should be welcomed by the market. The natural gas consumption accounts for c. 9% of Trakya Cam and Anadolu Cam's COGS. Accordingly, the news is potentially positive.  For Soda, the company uses natural gas for electricity production, any cut in tariffs for auto producers will be positive for the company, also. For electricity producers, any further cut in NG-use for electricity production will be positive, while pre-announcement of tariffs for next 3-6 should be also welcomed as it will increase the visibility of operational performance. Recall that BOTAS cut NG tariffs by 8.8% for power plants by the end of October.

Yeni mekanizmaya göre, üç farklı formül belirleneceği ve özel sektör ile konut kullanımında indirime gidilebileceği belirtiliyor. Ayrıca elektrik santralleri için tarifelerin önümüzdeki 3 ila 6 ay içinde açıklanabileceği belirtiliyor. Olası bir doğalgaz indirimi maliyet yapısının yaklaşık %9’u doğalgazdan oluşan Trakya Cam ve Anadolu için pozitif olur. Ayrıca, elektrik üretimi için doğalgaz kullanan Soda için de olası bir indirim pozitif olabilir. Elektrik üreticileri için ise uzun vadeli tarifelerin açıklanması olumlu karşılanabilir, ayrıca elektrik üretimi için özel bir indirim de pozitif etki oluşturabilir.
