Dogus Otomotiv agrees to sell D-Auto Suisse / Neutral Dogus Otomotiv announced that it has signed an agreement with Orchid Swiss Development (Pte) Ltd and Juglans Regia to sell its 100% stake in D-Auto Suisse SA. While the sale value has not yet been determined and is subject to negotiations between the parties; the transaction is expected to be completed in one month. D-Auto Suisse sells Porsche-branded cars in Switzerland and annual sales volume amount to an average 300 cars. Dogus Otomotiv is exiting most of its ancillary business and focusing on its core auto sales and after-sale service activities in Turkey and the mentioned stake sale is a part of this strategy. We see the news neutral for Dogus Otomotiv at this stage while the sale value may be important for 2018 net income.
