(=) EYAS to distribute TRY933.6mn dividends from 2018 earnings Considering EYAS’s 51% share in Tupras, the total dividend payment corresponds to 48% of its total dividend income from Tupras. This ratio was around almost 100% in 2018. On the other hand, EYAS’s management had decided to decrease its capital by TRY1bn on Dec15, 2018.  Total amount to be received from capital decrease and dividend payment for the shareholders will be 11% higher than the total dividend payment amount in 2018. Accordingly, we deem the news to be neutral for Aygaz as a 20% shareholder of EYAS. The dividend payment is expected to be made on March 28, 2019 depending on the approval of General Assembly. It is also stated that the dividend payments will be made with the payments regarding the capital decrease.
