Following the approval from CFIUS two weeks ago, the completion of the acquisitions have already been expected in the market. Accordingly, we deem the news to be neutral for the stock. Recall that we expect the company to generate USD10mn of EBITDA from these investments by 2019, which would pose an upside challenge of around 10% over our annual EBITDA projection and valuation. The company is expected to complete the acquisition process within a month.
