"Rekabet Kurulu 23 zincir market ile ilgili soruşturma başlattı."

Turkey’s Competition Authority has launched an investigation into 23 retail chains. In its short statement, Competition Board stated that they will look into whether these chain stores are violating the Competition law while setting prices for bottled water, fresh water and vegetables. The Companies that are subject to investigation include BIST-listed Bim, Migros, Sok Marketler and Carrefoursa. The news is potentially negative for mentioned companies.

Rekabet Kurulu perakende gıda ticareti ile iştigal eden zincir marketlerin su ile yaş meyve ve sebzelerin perakende satış fiyatlarını belirlerken rekabet karşıtı davranışlar içerisinde bulunup bulunmadıklarının tespiti amacıyla 23 zincir market ile ilgili soruşturma başlattı. Soruşturmaya konu olan şirketler içinde halka açık olan Bim, Migros, Şok Marketler ve Carrefoursa da bulunuyor.
