(+) The constitutional court rejected the claim to terminate the collection right of electricity theft & loss amount from the customers Recall that some parties claimed that electricity companies are not authorized to collect theft & loss amount from its customers. The court decided on the right of collection in the favour of the distribution companies. Although the decision in the favour of distribution companies was expected, the market reaction would be slightly positive for Enerjisa. Recall that Enerjisa has generated 4-10% of its EBITDA from theft outperformance and theft accrual collections.
