(The Holding holds 92.72% stake in this company with the remaining stake held by Sahenk family). Dogus Holding holds 35.2% stake and Dogus Arastirma Gelistirme holds 30.29% stake in Dogus Otomotiv. Following the merger, Dogus Holding’s stake in Dogus Otomotiv will reach 65.5%.
