(=) Kordsa’s acquisitions are approved by US Competition Board while re-applying to CFIUS In the recent announcement, it is stated that US Competition Board’s approval process on Kordsa’s acquisitions in US is completed. On the other hand, The approval process of “The Committee on Foreign Investments in the United States” (CFIUS) has not been completed and the company re-start the application process as the remaining time regarding the previous application is not expected to be enough. We were expecting the deal to be completed within this month. However, our understanding is that new application to CFIUS is part of the procedural process while the approval of Competition Board supports our expectation for the completion of acquisitions in favour of Kordsa. We deem the news to be neutral for the stock performance.

(=) Kordsa’nın ABD’deki satın almalarına ilişkin Rekabat Kurulu onay süreci tamamlandı Yapılan açıklamada Rekabet Kurulu onayı açıklanırken, “Yabancı Yatırımcılar Komityesi (CFIUS) onay sürecinin henüz tamamlanmadığı ve onay süre bitimine kalan sürenin yeterli olmayacağının değerlendirmesi ile CFIUS nezdinde tekrar onay başvuru işlemleri tekrar başlatıldı. İşlemlerin bu ay içerisinde tamamlanması bekleniyordu. Ancak, CFIUS’ye yapılan tekrar başvurunun prosedürel olduğunu düşünüyoruz ve Rekabet Kurulu onayını, sürecin Kordsa lehine tamamlanacağına ilişkin beklentimizi destekler nitelikte buluyoruz.
