(=,+) Migros: Capital Markets Board rejects exemption for Kipa tender call. Capital Markets Board has rejected Migros’s application for exemption from tender call. Accordingly, Migros will start a mandatory tender call for remaining Kipa shares (60 million shares). The tender call price will be the six months weighted average price of Kipa shares before the announcement of the acquisition. Accordingly, we calculate the tender price at TRY2.24/share – but this may be subject to revision. The news is neutral for Migros but positive for Kipa shareholders.
