Highlights from CEO of Orge Elektrik (+) Based on the statements of CEO, the company is interested in smart building and subway projects abroad. Currently, the company works on submitting a proposal for a project in Hungary. We know that the company’s main focus on domestic projects although it has future prospects on international projects which is not expected to be main driver of the backlog extension in the near-term. Last but not least, in the statements, CEO- also 21.3% shareholder of the company- said that he is not considering a stake sale despite demand from the investors. His intention not to make a stake sale should lead to slightly positive reaction to the stock as we think the market applies  a discount on the stock in anticipation of a potential minority stake sale as the previous stake sales raised some concerns over the potential divestiture from the ownership.

Şirketin, yakın vadeli proje yükü artışının yurtiçi projelerden geleceğini tahmin ediyoruz. Ancak uzun vadeli büyümesi için yurtdışı projelerin potansiyel oluşturduğunu ön görüyoruz. Diğer taraftan, şirketin 21.3% ortağı olan CEO’nun hisse satışı planlamadığını açıklamasını hisse için olumlu buluyoruz. Hatırlatmak gerekirse, önceki hisse satışlarıdan dolayı hisseye bir iskonto uygulandığını düşünüyoruz.
