(=) Reportedly, sales process of Sabiha Gokcen Airport is expected to be clearer in 1Q18 Reportedly, Malaysia Airport considers selling a 40% stake in Sabiha Gokcen Airport while making valuation studies at this stage. Once the studies are completed, the roadshow may be held. It is also stated that the process will be clearer in 1Q18. Recall that  the book-building for the stake sale had been expected to take place in November,2017. Note that TAV Airports considers buying a stake in Sabiha Gokcen Airport. It has been already known that the company is interested in acquiring a stake in Sabiha Gokcen in order to continue its operations in Istanbul as their contract will be over once Istanbul Ataturk Airport is closed for commercial flights. We deem the news to be neutral at this stage.
