(=) THY considers to separate Anadolujet and Turkish cargo as independent companies / Neutral Recall that  Anadolujet is low-cost brand of Turkish Airlines and Turkish cargo operates in the cargo business where the company plans to expand. Currently, Anadolujet and Turkish cargo are brand names of Turkish Airlines and in the latest statements from the management, the company considers to separate both brand names as independent companies. Recall that  in the previous statements, THY’s intention to separate Anadolujet in order to increase the efficiency had been stated while their intention on a separation of cargo business was mentioned in the latest statement for the first time. Given the company is expected to consolidate both potentially new companies, its impact on the financials should be neutral.
